Texas Southwest – San Antonio Area & The Valley

Joseph Martinez joined MMG in November 2023 and works with customers across Southwest Texas, including the San Antonio area. He brings a strong outside sales background and several years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Prior to joining MMG, Joseph worked with United Rentals, where he served customers across several markets, including municipalities. Much of his municipal work focused on helping provide sewer bypass solutions during the reconstruction and rehabilitation of aging sewer lines. Before his time in the water and wastewater industry, Joseph spent four years in outside sales providing screening and crushing parts to sand and gravel plants. He graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Joseph grew up in New Braunfels, Texas, and now lives just down the road in Seguin with his wife, Haley, and their three children. When he is not working, Joseph enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, camping, fishing, golfing, and hunting. He has guided whitetail deer hunts for nearly 20 years and loves the opportunity to help others, especially kids, experience the joy of hunting
